Our Apartments

La La Folìa is a comfortable and completely indipendent accomodation in the heart of Pesaro for who loves sea, beaches and hills.

We offer two cozy and functional apartments.

Ground floor apartment for 4 pax (min. 3 pax):

Private internal courtyard

From the rooms guests have access to the courtyard and the storage for bicycles or motorbikes . We provide garden furniture for guests use. Small sized animals are allowed.

Pesaro is a pet friendly city. ‎Here, you can relax, have fun and enjoy the beauty of the Adriatic Sea with your four – legged friend. The new dog - friendly beach,inaugurated in June 2020 at Baia Flaminia, adds the perfect touch to your holidays.

Rooms

All the rooms, tastefully and elegantly furnished with attention to details, are very comfortable. They are equipped with heat pump heating / air conditioning, LED TV and Wi-Fi connection, bed and bath linen.

Each room is characterized by a different color that reflects the seasonality and simultaneously recalls the name and logo of the property.

Upon request, we provide baby and children’s accessories ‎including travel crib , high chair, small stool, toys, books, board games and drawing materials .

kitchens

Our kitchens are fully eqequipped with everything needed to prepare meals. We provide: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, blender/chopper set, washing machine, iron/ironing board, clothes dryer rack, kitchen linens, materials/containers for waste collection and some household detergents.

Our kitchens are also child - friendly. Little ones can sit at their own table and play while setting it up safely. They will find imaginative napkins for breakfast and a colorful tableware set made from recycled plastic.

Parking

La La Folìa does not have private parking. Vehicles can be parked for free on the street, on the side of the property or in the nearby streets. We also reccomend San Decenzio parking a lot, which is about 5 minute walk from our accomodation. The parking is free and outdoors.
